I totally love this outfit! its getting colder and colder now and its about time i start wrapping up properly. i put this outfit together simply just by matching my white wedge sneakers with my white crop top to collaborate with the white sections of my New York bomber jacket. and i decided to style my dark grey Jennings with this outfit because it makes my bomber jacket stand out more with the rest of my outfit.
I am absolutely obsessed with the boutique American Apparel!, there clothes are just soo amazing as there ain't no other stores out there that have perfect fitting clothing for someone that's petite like me. American Apparel don't just cater for petite people they also cater for larger women which is amazing. they don't have false advertisement which is why i would recommend them to everyone and anyone. This one piece is the bomb, i love it , i love it , i love it. it just fits me soo well without any saggyness. even though i love my baggy stuff, but in this situation its a no, no. So if you are looking for a one piece that is going to fit you well then head on down to an american apparel store or their online website.
hey guys, I honestly wasn't planning to celebrate Halloween this year but i changed my mind as i was invited to a Halloween party. At first i didn't know what i was going to wear but the first idea that popped into my head was that i could be a witch this year but then i started thinking, naa because i just didn't want to walk out my house looking like everyone else like come on, i'm not gonna make effort into making my outfit to look like everyone else. So then i started thinking about being princess jasmine as my hair was already in the style of her's but then i thought about the sorts of materials i would need to pull off this look which wasn't going to work out because i just didn't have any light blue mesh shiny material to work with, plus i didn't have the time during the day to go out and buy any materials. And that's when it hit me, i should just be queen Nefertiti this year as i had some leather material and other materials that i could use to create her long Egyptian hat.
The first thing i started off with for my outfit was doing some research which involved me just examining the different type of styles of queen Nefertiti's hat and choosing a range of images to work from. I started thinking about what i could use for base of the whole hat and had in mind to use cardboard but not the type that you get with your shoes or parcels, I was thinking more of a cardboard that was bendable but could still hold its shape without loosing its balance and i just so happened to still have my old plastic art folders that i use to use during my time when i was studding art and design at college which had a pieces of cardboard inside them and it turned out to be a perfect match for the idea i had in mind. I then measured the piece of cardboard as it was size A2 which was way too long for my head so i cut the cardboard in half which ended up being the perfect size i wanted for my hat but i still needed to measure my actual head accurately. When i measured around my head which was 20 inches i needed to extended the size to 24 inches because i was going to tuck the left over pieces of leather under the inside of the hat so that the cardboard wouldn't rub against my skin. I looked back at the pictures of the style of hat i was working on and noticed that the hat was slanted slightly at the the front so i started to mark the shape of the slant using the masking tape that was left on the cardboard to hold it together and i carefully cut away all the accesses pieces of cardboard.
After i was happy with the shape of my hat i then found a thin piece of wood that i could use for the top of the hat. i cut the thin piece of wood after tracing a circle with the cardboard base and then cut a piece of the leather material for the circular piece to go on top of my hat. i used my glue gun to stick the leather material to the wood, rapping the material around the other side of the hat and then cutting away the access parts of the leather material that was sticking up away from the wood. i then went back to the piece of cardboard that i was going to use for the base of my hat and took the masking tape away so that i could glue the leather material around the cardboard until i reached the end of each edge and then i glued the two edges of the cardboard together. I had another looked back at the images on Queen Nefertiti's hat and i started to create the gold parts of the hat with some thin lined cardboard and white A4 paper. i cut the lined cardboard in two different sizes and lengths and then glued them onto my hat. i then started to add more detail to my hat by adding a rim around of the lined cardboard simply just by constantly folding the A4 paper until i was comfortable with the thickness of the paper and then i glued all the pieces into place. after all the pieces were secure i got out some light brown acrylic paint and painted over all the white paper and card. When the acrylic paint dried i used some shiny gold pain to go over the light brown acrylic paint to make my hat stand out as well as collaborate with the black leather material on my hat. I didn't exactly have enough time to finished the rest of the detail on my hat as i was running late to meet my girls but i will end up finishing it one day.
I managed to put my outfit together simply just by matching my black striped mesh leggings with a black sleeveless one piece but i wasn't really feeling how it looked as it was too cold outside so then i made my own long sleeve mesh top with a pair of my black tights which made me feel a bit more comfortable but i still felt like there was something missing. i then remembered that i had some gold pieces of material that i have never used and at first i was thinking of having a long cape but i wasn't really feeling that idea as i preferred to have the material covered over my body properly. i then decided to ask my mum for some advice with the two pieces of gold material and she then started to wrap one of the materials around my neck and chest tying the end of the material around my back which i loved the look of even though i couldn't move my neck, but i still felt like something was missing. So i explained to her that i wanted like a long skirt type of look to match with the top but it didn't really make scene because the whole point of me wearing my black mesh leggings was to show off the striped design at the back so she just ended up wrapping the material just over my bum and waist making the ends of the tired material very flowy as she said queen Nefertiti liked flowy clothing. When i looked in the mirror i really was not feeling it at all but then i started playing around with it and then decided to turn the skirt to the side and i was loving it.
When it came to my make up i already had my eyeliner on so all i needed to do was to get a bit more creative with it and re shape my eyebrows into a more rounded brow like Queen Nefertiti's. I'm not really a fan of foundation or anything like that so i just used a little bit of light concealer to collaborate with my skin tone and shade just under my eyebrows which in the end looked like eye shadow.

Hey Guys, this outfit is slamin ! I had so much fun doing this shoot as one of my best friends was there to support me. I just had to take it back to the 1990 with this one.I was inspired by the one and only Mc Hammer as those of you who may know me, know that i am completely obsessed with baggy clothing. I styled this outfit simply just by collaborating my funky green and gold silk mc hammer trousers with just a basic plain black t-shit, a thick black leather belt, My Large leather clutch and black chunky leather boots. My jewelry that was included was used to collaborate with the gold stripes and patterns on my silk trousers and gold zip on my black leather clutch.

Hey Guys, Yes I'm back with some OldSchool Classics! I really enjoyed putting this outfit together with my New Dr Martin Industural Steel Boots. Its quite ovious and you could proberly guess where I got my inspiration from to put this outfit together, Yes Its the one and only Grand Theft Auto San Andreas game. I styled these pieces together simply just by starting with words ' Classic USA' which I decided to collaborate with the two Red bandanas. I included my Gold and Silver watch to collaborate with my Gold chain and Silver thumb ring and Silver belt buckle. and last but not least I included my stone wash denim shorts to collaborate with my Grey sweater, my Black Dr Martin Boots with Yellow stitching to collaborate with the yellow writing on the label on the back pocket of my shorts, my Black tights to collaborate with the Black section of my socks and Black leather belt. The White section of my socks to collaborate with my Grey sweater and White section on my Red bandanas.
Hey' Yo this outfit was put together just by me simply just grabbing a random pair of tights and shorts from out of my wardrobe. This outfit is perfect for settling into winter as my windbreaker is very warm and makes me get extremely hot when I'm traveling. I love my clothes to match so i decided to include my light blue denim shorts to collaborate with the blue sections of my windbreaker. I wore my green and black huf socks to collaborate with the black and green sections of my windbreaker and last but not least i included my bright yellow transparent boots instead of my green transparent boots, to collaborate with my transparent backpack and the yellow label at the bottom of my windbreaker.
